Following years of contracting, Monolithics have developed a wide range of services that are available to the refractory consuming industry.
Supply of refractory products
The company sources products from local and/or international manufacturers to suit the clients’ requirements. All these products come with the necessary quality assurance documentation.
Demolition
Removal of existing spent refractory linings by means of radio controlled mechanical equipment or subject to the access, by pneumatic hand held equipment. As well as the above, the servicing, repairs and supplying of spares for certain brand guniting machines is also undertaken.
Stainless steel anchors
Selection of the correct anchor, in both length, diameter, quality and the recommended spacing for the specified application. Removal of anchors in the spent lining, preparation of steel shell, rewelding in both replacement and new linings.
Installation of linings
Rebuilds and initial lining installations in strict accordance with the QA documentation as well as the method of installation statement. Our infrastructure empowers us to handle numerous large contracts simultaneously.
